DÉRIVE
(n.) lit. "drift" ; a spontaneous journey where the traveller leaves their life behind for a time to let the spirit of the landscape and architecture attract and move them.
I was seduced by the idea of getting lost in Orléans (the city I have been living in for the past four years ) and discover new details in architecture and landscape that I never perceived before.
The Dérive serie shows a simple element that we can find everywhere in the streets, but that we never really observe.
This photographic serie offers a sensible approach to Orléans architecture, color palette and it's urban textures.
